BOOKING POLICIES

My artistry is built on trust and connection. Whether you’re a client, a brand, or a fellow creative, thank you for being part of this journey.

BOOKING
All new extension and color clients begin with a consultation to ensure accurate timing and pricing. Color, cut, & styling consultations are complimentary and can be conducted either in person or virtually. Hair extension consultations are a $30 service and must be conducted in person. This $30 fee rolls over into the cost of the service should you choose to book. That amount is forfeited if you decide not to go forward with the service after the consultation. If extraneous circumstances do not allow you to visit the salon for a consultation, please contact Rocco directly.

DEPOSITS
With regard to all extension installation appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required to finalize scheduling. The deposit amount will be applied toward the total balance on the day of service. Please note that all deposit transactions are final and non-refundable. In the event a change in scheduling is requested, the original deposit may be transferred, provided that the request is communicated to Rocco via text message at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Requests for appointment changes submitted after this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the original appointment and deposit. A new non-refundable deposit will be required in order to schedule a new appointment.

CANCELLATIONS
Regarding all appointments, we ask that any schedule changes be communicated to Rocco via text message at a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Appointment change requests submitted after the specified timeframe will result in a forfeiture of (a) the original appointment and deposit, (b) up to 100% of the scheduled service total.

TARDINESS
Regarding late arrivals, a 15-minute grace period will be permitted as a courtesy for unforeseen delays. If arrival is beyond the 15 minutes, the client risks (a) forfeiture of the scheduled appointment along with any deposit submitted, (b) modification of the original service, (c) up to 100% charge of the scheduled service total, excluding the deposit. Consistent late arrivals may affect future booking privileges.

NO-SHOW
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, missed appointments have a significant impact on the schedule and availability for other clients. For this reason, any client who does not attend a confirmed appointment without providing sufficient notice (please refer to our cancellation policy) will be required to pay up to one hundred percent (100%) of the scheduled service total in order to reschedule. This policy allows us to respect the time of our team while maintaining fairness and availability for all clients seeking appointments.

SATISFACTION
All services are final. However, we are committed to delivering the agreed upon look determined by the consultation. Monetary refunds are not possible, but complimentary Adjustments may be offered at Rocco’s discretion if the issue is communicated within 10 days post service. Adjustments are forfeited if (a) you have attempted at-home remedies, (b) visited another salon / stylist, (c) modified my work in any way.
